As Stonecrest marks our 40th year in business, we’re doing a little extra thinking about what makes us successful. One thing that is high on that list is investing in our employees. This month, we held our annual employee training program. Employees came from around the country, as they do every year, to participate in a closed, focused session.
This long-standing annual event has been a cornerstone of building the culture and the team spirit that sits at the heart of our continued success in business over those forty years. The training serves as a path for new employees to get up to speed efficiently, a refresher for the veteran employees, and perhaps most importantly, a chance for everyone to come together in one space and hear directly from the company leadership.
This event deploys proven training methods from best-in-class instructors, so it elevates our capabilities as a team. But perhaps more significantly, it has become a cornerstone of our culture and contributed to our success in ways beyond measure.
