About Todd

Todd has been in the lending industry since 1989. He has worked in a variety of capacities beginning as an appraiser in southern California  in the late 80’s and progressing into roles of loan officer, branch manager, regional manager, VP, National Sales Manager and ultimately founding and running his own multi branch mortgage bank for over ten years before temporarily retiring in 2009.

He has been back in the business with Stonecrest Financial since 2011 and has been integral in growing their private money “Secured Income Fund” from a few million in assets to over $100 million in loans today.

Todd is a family man. Married for 17 years with 3 incredible children that make all the hard work he puts in worthwhile and rewarding. He enjoys a lot of outdoor activities including tennis, mountain biking, snow skiing and more. Mostly, he enjoys helping others and doing what he can to have a positive, and hopefully memorable impact on everyone he comes in contact with each and every day.
