“I recently purchased a condominium in San Francisco at the Arden. This building is new construction, and the closing date was issued 30 days out; mine was scheduled for December 17. I had been working with a loan officer, and it all appeared to be going well, but 10 days before the close I was informed I did not qualify for the loan. At this point, I was in danger of losing my unit, as well as the $110,000 I had already paid as a downpayment.
I was not at my best – fear and panic had set in when I was introduced to Doris Le.
